Back to our roots…

Meet Richard Kennar, CEO of Choose the Right Care

As the CEO of Choose the Right Care, I am driven by a deep-rooted passion for supporting individuals with disabilities. My journey began as a professional NRL player, where I learned the importance of teamwork, dedication, and perseverance. Over the past five years, I have transitioned into the disability support sector, where I have found my true calling.

My commitment to this field is deeply personal. My mother faced a life-threatening stroke, resulting in her being partially disabled, and my sister's two children are on the autism spectrum. These experiences have profoundly shaped my understanding of the challenges faced by families affected by disabilities. They inspire me every day to make a difference in the lives of others.

At Choose the Right Care, we prioritise a family-centred approach, ensuring that our clients and their loved ones feel supported and understood. I believe in being transparent and honest in all our services, fostering trust and building strong relationships with our clients.

I am dedicated to creating a positive impact in our community and ensuring that every individual receives the personalized care and support they deserve. Together, we can navigate the journey toward a fulfilling and empowered life.
